From which country will the order be shipped?

All orders, unless you request otherwise, are shipped by default from EU countries, in most cases from Finland and Estonia

What are the postage costs?

Postage costs depend on the delivery method (selected when placing your order), the size and weight of the item, and the recipient's address. The cost of sending a regular letter without registration starts from €2.90, while a Registered letter starts from €9.90

Do you provide secure packaging?

Of course. We've been shipping stamps and other collectibles to thousands of customers worldwide for over 35 years, and we always pay special attention to secure packaging, ensuring protection from both impact and moisture

Can I send you a list of stamps I would like to purchase directly by email?

Yes, and we welcome it! Our store currently offers approximately 30,000 philatelic items, but our international warehouses hold more than 500,000! Collectively, our assortment includes over a million stamps and other philatelic items! Gradually introducing them online takes considerable time, and working with your lists often allows us not only to meet your demand but also brings us professional satisfaction. Can you put stamps on the envelope when ship my order?

Absolutely! ALL regular and Registered letters with your orders are franked with stamps. Moreover, in most cases, you'll receive from us very attractive envelopes that have been processed through the combined mail of two postal operators: a private one and a government-appointed one. Such correspondence is not only interesting and rare, but also commands a significantly higher market value than your postage costs

Can you properly process the postal customs declaration so that I don't have to pay duty upon receipt?

Yes, we have extensive experience shipping orders outside the European customs area and are constantly monitoring the latest developments. You can rely on us completely.
