Estonian post treatment come new stamp "The year of the Snake"Stamps dedicated to the symbols of Chinese New Year, was started in Estonia in 2011 (Year of the Rabbit), in 2012 was published stamp "Year of the Dragon"
Stamp come to sale in smallsheets with 20 stamps and fields are decorated.
Circulation is 70 000 st. (3500 sheetlets)
First day Cancellation will be at Tallins main post office.
