At 9 February
2013 post treatment of Lithuania for the first time
in its history, will release a stamp for Chinese New Year "Year of the
snake".Circulation is 80 000 pc (20 000sheetl/4st)
Limited part of the edition stamps will go on sale in souvenir booklets .
