to Russian post treatment comes a 4 new stamps "The history of Russian uniform", dedicated to the uniforms of the Interior ministry.
First Day cancellation will be held at the post office in Moskow and St. Petersburg ( "Moskow 101000", "Saint-Petersburg 190000")
