On October 14, 2015 Post of Russia will issue a postcard with an original stamp, dedicated to the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation. The stamp illustrates the emblem of the Institute with Russian flag on the background; the card’s main image shows the building of the institute.
Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation is the oldest research institution of the country. It was formed in 1925. The main tasks of the institute are: researches in the field of legislation of the Government of the Russian Federation, the President of the Russian Federation and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; developments of scientific concepts of improvement of legislation; studies and scientific substantiation of laws introduced by the Government of the Russian Federation; analysis of the effects of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
