In decenber to Kirgisian post treatment come new set with 4 stamps "Development of airships" Stamps are printed to smallsheets with 6 stamps, perforated and imperforated. Fields are decorated.
Circulation: Perforated stamps 7500 sets (1250 smallsheets) imperforated 1500 sets (250 smallsheets)
