October 10, 2011 in the post-treatment Russia received a stamp dedicated to 20th anniversary of the RCC (Regional Commonwealth in the field of communication).
This release is carried out jointly with other postal administrations - RCC members.
Russian edition, dedicated to 20th anniversary of the RSS, is printed in sheetlets of small format, 15 stamps each. Circulation - 450 000 ex.(30,000 sheetlets).
