At 20 April 2012 to Russian post treatment come a new set "City of Military Glory" dedicated to Pskov, Vyazma, Naro-Fominsk, Tver, Kronstadt and Dmitrov.Issue printed in small sheets of six stamps. Circulation is 115 000 s/s.
First Day Cancellation will be at Moscow main post office and at the post offices of Pskov, Vyazma, Naro-Fominsk, Tver, Kronstadt and Dmitrov.
