Russia. Arsenal plant, 300 anniversary

October 14, 2011 in the post-treatment Russia received a stamp dedicated to the 300th anniversary of machine-building plant "Arsenal", based in St. Petersburg in 1711 by decree of Peter I as a "cannon foundries."
Stamp is printed in sheetlets of small format, 9 stamps each. Circulation - 360 000 ex. (40 000 sheetlets).
First Day Cancellation will be held at the post office in St.Petersburg and Moscow.
