Azerbaijan 1992 Caspian sea First rare stamp MNH

The stamp's design was developed for the USSR postal series "Nature Reserves," scheduled for 1992. Each stamp in this series was issued in 1992 by the countries in which each nature reserve was located: Russia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan. However, in Azerbaijan, the stamp was issued only with overprints, due to errors in the text. The stamp without an overprint is rare and was not put into postal circulation, but formally it is the first stamp after the restoration of Independence.
