On September 21, 2015 Post of Russia issued a stamp dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS). The stamp illustrates the emblem of the FAS and its building on Sadovo-Kudrinskaya Street.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service is an authorized federal organization of executive authority responsible for the adoption of regulations, control and supervision over compliance with legislation in the field of competition in product markets, the protection of competition in the financial services market, supervision over natural monopolies and advertising. In 2015 Russian FAS celebrates its 25th anniversary.
